In-person yoga and meditation classes for women in Montreal, Canada

The classes welcome students from all levels including beginners or anyone who has never done yoga. As long as you have a body, you can do yoga! The classes last 60 minutes and begin with a suggested theme.  The teaching is adapted to the students.  Multiple options are offered to ensure that the students feel good in their body.  You don’t even need to have any knowledge; you will be supported.

The yoga studio is located in Ville Saint-Laurent (Bois Franc). For information about private or group classes please email me directly (corporate yoga classes are also offered).
